Five basic requirements to become an ICF-accredited coach
All pathways go through the same five requirements for coaches to graduate under the International Coach Federation standards. Once you graduate with us, you will be a Bailey Balfour certified coach, able to apply for the ICF’s accreditation.

Submit a recording which we listen to and evaluate whether or not you have passed the standard of Coaching.

Coaching experience
Accumulate relevant hours of coaching experience through coaching others, as individuals or in groups. We support this effort by providing the cohort as a platform resource for peer coaching, and hosting the business development groups for alumni.
ICF credentialing exam
In your ICF credential application, you will be required to upload your Bailey Balfour coach training certificate and confirm you have acquired the relevant hours of coaching experience. Once your application has been approved, you will be invited to schedule and complete the ICF Credentialing Exam.
