Embedding a Coaching Culture Organisation Wide
How do leaders use coaching to drive business performance, navigate through complex challenges, lead on transformation and innovate?
What does it look like in practice, and what is the secret to achieving successful outcomes?
In a complex and uncertain business landscape – the nature of leadership is changing. Coaching is an essential part of enabling Talent, and setting them up for success in a business environment of ongoing change.
In this masterclass, we are honoured to bring together our esteemed group of our senior leader alumni, to share their experiences in implementing coaching initiatives in their organisations.
They will discuss how they balance transforming both their businesses and their people. They will explore their leadership challenges, the strategies they use to overcome them, and the results they achieved through effective coaching.
