In this free coaching skills workshop you will learn core skills and have the opportunity to practice these in small groups. 

It gives you the opportunity to learn, practice and be ready to apply these coaching skills in many aspects of your life

In this 1.5 hour workshop we will

• Use high quality listening and questioning skills to have more impactful conversations
• Understand the role a Growth Mindset has in helping us live fulfilling work and personal lives.

Jean Balfour is Managing Director of Bailey Balfour and Programme Director of our ICF Accredited Coach Training Programmes (ACTP). Jean is passionate about helping people to have good conversations both at work and at home. She believes that coaching is a life skill and that you never regret learning to coach.
