Our careers are the result of a series of decisions we’ve made along the way, based on the options we had at the time. By their very nature, careers evolve. What felt right at the time may not be right today. This is why it is good to take a pause to reevaluate and plan the way forward. This is especially called for if we are not as happy at work as we would like to be.

There are many ways in which we can direct our career, develop it and aim at a particular professional goal. There are a few simple steps that we can take in order to start owning our development and progression.

Career Acceleration Circles provides a framework for observing your career so far, revisit what you love to do and want to achieve - and then start strategically aiming at a different, more fulfilling, professional future. It is also a safe space designed to explore your ambition and find ways to make it a reality.

The programme has run successfully in London and Dubai. Participants have reached a deeper understanding of their direction and gained tools, which they used to navigate their careers.
